Head Business Development
Primary responsibilities:
� The position requires the candidate to report to the chief executive officer (CEO)-power and be responsible for all strategic level business development, marketing and sales including business sourcing, market trends and competitive analysis, clientele development, contractual evaluation and negotiation, vendor and key accounts management.
� The suitable candidate will be required to extend strategic support to the CEO pertaining to business plants and strategies.
� The candidates will be required to work and carry out decisions under the general directions of the CEO.
Eligibility criteria:
� B.E electrical/mechanical; MBA (marketing) would bean advantage; having a total of 15-20 year works experience in the energy and power generation industry with t least 5-10 years of proven work in a similar capacity for a medium-large size organization, preferably an independent power producer or captive power industry.
� Must possess exceptional proven leadership traits along-with strong decision making skills.
� Must be able to display strong analytical ability along-with negotiation skills.
� Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
� Should possess a proven track record in risk management.
